In a surreal wild world, these sheep-like creatures abandoned the basic necessities of survival, choosing to leave the surface behind without reservation.
As their legs grew longer, these creatures left behind the grasses that sustained them. Even in the face of starvation, their genetic makeup no longer allows them to bend down.
Continuing to grow, they overlook the world from an elevated yet precarious position. While seemingly vulnerable, they face no predators in this wild expanse; the only threat is perhaps the self, rooted in the decision to abandon the earth. Looking down upon the surface, the creatures find their final epitaph—written in their own blood, etched into the landscape below.
